I'm Caitilin Twain - health educator, movement specialist, breathwork practitioner, Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Coach, and board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), a certification overseen by the American Medical Association.
But the credentials aren't why my clients get results.
I've navigated serious chronic illness myself - including multiple Lyme disease relapses and Hashimoto's thyroiditis, which presented as multiple thyroid nodules large enough to feel. Through the same tools and protocols I use with clients - breathwork, nervous system regulation, movement, myofascial release, biometric tracking, and relentless root-cause investigation - I now have only a trace of one remaining nodule. Autoimmune conditions are widely considered irreversible. My thyroid tells a different story.
I didn't learn this methodology from a textbook. I built it because I needed it. I know what it is to be failed by a system that treats symptoms and misses the whole picture. I know what it feels like to be handed a diagnosis as though it were a destination. And I know what becomes possible when you stop managing your health and start understanding it.
What I do is teach: how to read your body, how to use evidence-based tools, and how to build the self-knowledge that makes lasting change possible. Your medical team remains your medical team. I make those relationships more effective.
I'm based in New York City and work remotely via Zoom with clients across three continents. I'm HIPAA-compliant. Discretion is a core value. My client roster includes C-suite executives, founders, and a growing presence in the entertainment world.

Phase One — The Immersion
We go deep. Quickly.
Months 1–3
The first phase is intentionally high-touch. I need to understand your body, your data, your history, your patterns, and your life — and you need to learn how to read them alongside me. We begin with a comprehensive intake and build your protocol from the first week. I review your biometric data daily. We check in briefly every day so nothing compounds before we can address it. Throughout Phase 1 we meet for up to two hours per week, in increments as short as fifteen minutes, so you can learn the tools your body needs to repair itself.
By the end of Phase 1, your protocol is working. The data tells a clear story. You're beginning to recognize what your body is saying — and what to do about it.

Phase Two — The Integration

By now the protocol is working. The habits are forming. The data tells a story you're beginning to read yourself. Phase 2 is about moving toward self-sufficiency. We reduce the intensity of contact deliberately, tracking whether your results hold as you take on more ownership.

This program accepts
a small number of clients at a time.
I work with up to five concierge clients simultaneously. This is intentional. The depth of attention this program requires can't be scaled — and I have no interest in scaling it. Every client gets my full focus. Every protocol is built from scratch. If you're ready, the process is straightforward.
